Hello all,
Yhc would like to issue a challenge to F3 Hickory Region. Since March 3-Dog and YHC along with some others that have been joining us for the past several months at Rattlesnake Ridge for the VMC would like for you to join us on November 4th at Rattlesnake Ridge at 0800. This challenge will take about 2 hours so come prepared. For a little 5.3 miles of fun. Over the last couple months YHC has had to try to find time on days off to hit the mountain and because of the amount of loops I try to do in one shot or in one day. Plank has started calling me The Official Sherpa of Alexander County. So that got me thinking what can we do up here to take Rattlesnake Ridge to the next level and for the few that have came and joined us are probably thinking why would want to find a next level. Why that’s a simple answer we are F3 we don’t do easy. Anyways back to the challenge. I’m sure most of you know that on Mt. Everest the local people (Sherpas) are most of the times the people whom lead Everest expeditions. Also if you don’t know Mt. Everest stands a small 29,029 feet above sea level and that comes out to around 5.3 miles. So by now I think you see where I’m going with this. Along with the 5.3 miles there will also be an assortment of pain stations. Again the time and place will be. Rattlesnake Ridge aka Rocky Face Recreational Park November 4th 8:00-10:00 am. And again please make time to come do this it will not disappoint and it will suck. So clown car your way over here. Once the punishment is done we will load up and head to town for some Bojangles. Now I know you don’t want to miss that and I would love to pack that place out.
