Here it is, the real deal, the event you all have been waiting for….the best time to represent our F3 Region to the community. This will be our 3rd year being involved in the Tyler Sims Endure, held in our own backyard at Sims BBQ in beautiful Dudley Shoals.
The Event : First of all, you have 1 choice to sign up for the Ultra. This consists of a 5k Trail Run that is challenging for all. Then after a little rest, we will compete in the 5k Soldier Run / Mud Run. That is the Ultra event, and for the past 2 years F3 has brought home the overall 1st Place….2016 Champion…Bing, 2017 Champion…Herniator….2018 Champion…you fill in the blank.
2.0s Bring your 2.0s, they have one of the coolest fun mud runs for our little ones, for ages 12 and under this is a great event that occurs between the 5k trail run and the 5k

Family Time… Me and Banjo will be putting together our tent city that we had last year, so bring your family, chairs, blankets and enjoy the day. Sims will be providing BBQ as well. Square dancing is encouraged and Banjo may show us his “Cotten Eyed Joe”.
