QIC:  Powder

When my alarm went off to prerun with Pumpernickel I assumed it was going to be a light crowd since we had a crazy snow storm on Thursday that shutdown school and delayed school on Friday by 3 hours. I say that in jest since it never snowed and yes it was cold but the roads were not bad at all. Now that did not mean that my car’s windshield was not frozen over or that I may or may not have used my children’s DVD case of Ratatouille to try and scrape it so I would not be late to me Pump…

After a 3 mile prerun Pumpernickel and I met Publix in the parking lot of LR and started to get worried we were going to be the only ones but right at 5:28 PAX started rolling in.

Warm Up- (All IC X10) Humpies, ATT, Windmills and IST. These were all done because YHC’s hip has been hurting and I was trying to stretch it out.

The Thang- Run away from LR toward the armory (Fuse’s Arrow route backwards). I don’t ever remember doing this at RAM but who knows. We cut through on 19th Ave to lose some mileage then came back up the hill to Hampton Heights then to the flag. We stopped 6 times and did 2 exercises each time. We did all of them (IC X 10) Squats/ Should Taps, Lunges/ Curb Merkins, Side Lunges/ Burpees, Baby Arm Circles/ Money Humpers, 20 merkins then one min low plank then 10 more merkins. Before my Slack line blows up I realize I only listed 5 stops there but I know we stopped 6 times I just can’t remember the other one… Where is that stupid winkie when I need it???

We made it back to the flag with one minute to spare so we did 10 WWII situps IC.
