On a fine, clear, blustery Saturday morning in front of the Old Rock School in beautiful Historic Downtowns Valdese, 4 Men got Better and realized their dreams of being Men of Valor, Courage, Wisdom, and Strength! The Community was in awe of their rhetoric and their abilities – needless to say, it was captivating to all who saw and partook in the mornings many athletic endeavors! We came, we saw, we kicked some butt! Proud to have been a part of history this morning as 5 F3 Men rocked some B3’s!

Blackjack: Start on the backside of the Rock School Parking Lot – use the entire parking lot – end to end. Perform 1 Squat – run to other sideline – perform 20 LBCs. Run back and do 2 Squats. Run back for 19 LBCs. Repeat until you do 20 Squats and 1 LBC, running between the sidelines. Abblways adds up to 21 – BLACK JACK!
Mosey:

Mosey to front Parking Lot:
Dips / Derkins x20
Bearpees: Line up across a parking lot. OYO 1 Burpee followed up by 4 count bearcrawl forward. Once PAX get to other side, rinse and repeat adding another Burpee, keeping the 1:4 ratio but only increasing the number of Burpees. This is best achieved when going past 4!

And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. The one who has the Son has this eternal life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have this eternal life.
THE Q: How Do We Receive God’s Son?
: Soteriology (Salvation)
Because of what Jesus Christ accomplished for us on the cross, the Bible states “He that has the Son has life.” We can receive the Son, Jesus Christ, as our Savior by personal faith, by trusting in the person of Christ and His death for our sins.
John 1:12 But to all who have received him–those who believe in his name–he has given the right to become God’s children
John 3:16-18 For this is the way God loved the world: he gave his one and only Son that everyone who believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him. 18 The one who believes in Him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.
This means we each come to God the same way:
(1) as a (humbled) sinner who recognizes his selfish sin nature,
(2) realizes no human works can ever result in salvation, and
(3) relies totally on Christ alone/by Faith alone/thru Grace alone/ for salvation.
“But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.” Romans 11:6 ESV
“For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” Romans 11:29 ESV
To trust Christ as Savior, receive His gift: Express your faith to God by acknowledging your sinfulness, accepting His forgiveness and putting your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
