We had a great Hurler, sunrise coming earlier each day!
Warmups:
- SSH x 15
- Humpies x 15
- Imperial Storm Troopers x 15
- Alt Toe Touch x 15
- Windmills x 15
- Arm Circles x 10
- Reverse Arm Circles x 10
We then did a Burpee tour around town. We started at the edge of our AO, and did 10 Burpees, and ran to 9 other locations around town and did a Burpee ladder counting down a Burpee at each stop. We ended at the starting point.
We ran to a loading dock about 5′ high, and we scaled the loading dock 10 times and ran up the ramp and down the stairs each time. We did 3 Merkins each time before we scaled the dock.
We then ran to the block pile and did the following block exercises. We went through these exercises twice, doing 10 each the first time and 5 each the second time.
- Curls
- Overhead Presses
- Kettle Bell Swings
- Bent Over Rows
- Bench Presses
- Skull Crushers
We then ran back to the starting point and did 10 LBC’s and 10 WWII Situps.
