What a beautiful morning in the little town of T’ville temps in the 60’s and a crispness in the air. And 4 pax rolled into The Jurisdiction to see what Tapeworm had in store for us. And before we got started we were talking about how many traffic lights you go through from Taylorsville to Conover. I think it was like 12 lights. And Tapeworm said thinks for the information. So here’s how it went down.

Tapeworm said ok it’s time to play a little game of red light green light. This would be 3 laps around town total around 1.8 miles. So if the light was green you just keep running, if light is red you do squats until light turns green, and if the light is yellow well we all know what that means you step on it, but if you didn’t make it into the intersection your penalty was 10 burpees. And a couple yellow light were ran but no penalties. And while it may not look like much it was a good little workout cause if you know anything about Taylorsville it’s not flat at all.
