So what do you do after Thanksgiving… And good ole RAM style workout.

Rolled up in the parking still foggy outside. Pax started to show up. We got out and started warm ups.

Humpy’s – 11 count

Good morning’s – 7 or 8 count

SSH – 15 count

Then we took off one lap around the track then down to the elementary school. 20 gas pumps and 20 incline merkins. Ran down to church st and back up to main st. Headed up main to the bank where we did 16 RBCs and then 18 merkins. Headed up to the bakery parking lot. 20 LBCs and 20 lunges. Ran down laurel to bouchard turn up the hill went pole to pole. First pole lunge walk. Second pole backwards run. To third pole backwards run. Then fourth lunge walk down hill. Curve down into a really dark road. patti thought it was gonna be the end of F3 hildebran. We found a raving street light.. 20 squats. Then ran up Italy to main st where we did 8 count jane fonda’s. Then ran across to the street to 20 tri-cep dips. Then head back to the flag.

WOD I stole from Goodwill. In my own words we need to put ourselves thru hardships to be prepare for or if things get worse.
