From the CSAUP-leaning mind of The Station’s Jake Brake, came the concept of the Murder Bunny Massacre (t-shirt concept- Centerfold). At 0530, Gump, Jake Brake, and Diamond Dave began with their 1 mile run (sort of a warm-up) then began murdering bunnies. At 0600, 7 of the other 8 pax (Dinghy was running late) arrived chose their coupons, received instructions from Belding, projected which part of this CSAUP was gonna suck worse, then began their mile run.

CSAUP format pretty simple: 1 mile run, 1 mile Murder Bunny, 1 mile run

WOD: CSAUP – has one purpose, to build trust among the group that participates. That group will be stronger to face whatever the next challenge is, in real life or made up as a physical/mental challenge for “fun”

Moleskin:

– coupons can slide on asphalt, not grass…no judgement, just observation

-Dinghy is fast, despite arriving late, he finished with the group

-if you have wrist, shoulder, and or back injuries, murder bunnies will flare them, ask Goldberg

-CSAUP committee doesn’t care about your weight…a point is a point, but Clydesdales have my respect

-mechanics gloves are great for normal workout, they are no match for murder bunnies. Multiple pax showed off impressive blisters. Clifford claims his can hold a tic tac, but no proof was offered. Centerfold chose real gloves and his hands are

-Goldberg still likes to accelerate up hills.

-concrete sliding on asphalt has a smell…weird and cool at the same time

-if Diamond Dave offers to get fritters/doughnuts/etc. Say yes, but beware, he’s not bringing just one

-projection that there will be another Murder Bunny Massacre event…0% (at least until my blisters heal and I can walk down stairs again)
