So YHC and a couple of the other Tower Faithful have been throwing around the idea of starting a new RAM equivalent workout in Valdese on Friday mornings. YHC got a last minute Q switch so I figured what better way to give everyone a taste of Ram then to bring RAM to the Tower. So here we go……
Warm ups-The usual
The Thang-
Took off toward the food dog….stop and do 10 merkins and 10 squats.
Go behind Food Lion and through parking lot- 10 merkins and 10 squats
Follow side walk up to where it ends across from CVS- 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC’s
Back down sidewalk to pawn shop at intersection-10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC’s
Sidewalk down to lower HES parking lot-10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC’s
Proceed to Homers Feed and Seed parking lot- 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC’s
Up the Hill to ESPEY parking lot-10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC’s
Mosey to old building where you turn to back entrance to HES-10 count Asheville Abs
Mosey back to flag with one lap around the parking lot to get us to 6:15 and almost 3 miles.
COT- Faith means believing when you can’t see. There’s a reason why no one knows when the rapture is going to happen!
Moleskin-
-Everyone responded really positively to the workout and the potential of a RAM in Valdese on Fridays in the future.
-YHC just about broke his neck on a curb that he def. didn’t see in front of Food Lion.
– SinkHole saw it and said it scared him too!
– We had a good time talking about some of YHC’s RAM experiences. EX-
-Cuz plowing into a blue trashcan that he def. didn’t see about 3 years ago….That was one of YHC’s first RAMS.
-Hot Lips falling off of stairs in front of LR and running into gate leading into track!
