QIC:  Pumpernickel

A nice sloppy wet morning in the gloom like the GO Tigers second-half performance, but GEAUX TIGERS!!!!  Impressed that we had a solid 10 show this morning as we welcome back Pantene who came with the flag, but handed it off to Ferdinand as he is now the new Site Q for Howitzer.

The Bread:  SSH, Humpys, ATT, and little baby arm circles.

The Chicken: Partner Up, one partner AMRAP of overhead squats holding a chair, other partner runs to other end and knocks out 20 merkins…did this for 4 rounds. (80 merkins)

Mosey over to the rock pile…partner up grab a rock.  Partner 1 does the exercise AMRAP while partner 2 runs to the Station, touch the wall and come back.  Exercises were as followed: curls for the girls, goblet squats, overhead press, American hammers, bench press, and bent-over rows.  Throw rocks back, lets go take a seat by the wall of Hong Kong and do IC of MA, JF, and Wonderbra….let the moaning begin….Mosey back to the flag for some MARY…add 20 more merkins for Ferdinands plank mess.(100 total)

The Mentals:  If you haven’t seen the post-conference after the Seahawks-Packers game with Marshawn Lynch, you can check it out here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4ismf_hp6Y), it’s good for the league, and it’s also good for our soul.  In the video, he is quoted saying, “take care of your bodies, take care of your chicken, and take care of your mentals because we ain’t lasting that long.”  Talking about as men we need to make sure we take care of ourselves by spending time in prayer, in the Word, and also holding each other accountable.  So that as the Lord impacts us and we receive His goodness and love, we can release that into those around us.

Thanks for being there this morning, thanks for the accountability, and thanks for always making the gloom worth it, you are all making me a better man.
