Run around LR campus.  Stopped at the corner of ? and ?.  10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 RBC’s.  Run through horseshoe entrance.  10 Merkins, 10 squats, 10 RBCs.  Run to bottom of hill at 7th Ave.  10/10/10.  Run to top: 10/10/10.  Back 1/2 way to bottom:  10 burpees.  Back to top for regularly scheduled: 10/10/10.  Down hill and over to College Park: 10/10/10.  Run to top: 10/10/10.  Pick up the six and run w/ him back up to top of hill:  10/10/10.  One more 10/10/10.  06:14 when we got to flag: one minute of merkins, AMRAP.
