QIC:  The Dude

No warm up The Dude got to the point very quick with a mosey to the parking deck. And things got bad really fast when he said “yep this is going to suck.” He introduced us to Ladder BOMBS. Instantly yhc was ready to run back to the car and get 2ndF started. Here’s how he had it broke down.

So here’s how it played out.

Start out on top of the parking deck 5 burpees run down to lower level 1 burpee run up the stairs 4 burpees and I think you get the picture. There you have it Ladder Burpees.

Mosey back to the park and done.
