With the Infinity AO in a majority of the PAX backyard and I was an outsider it was great to join the neighborhood gang.  Aye!  We did some warm up exercises in various cadences that consisted of SSH’s, Windmills, Imperial Storm Troopers, High Knees.

We left the AO and crossed Powell road and went by Goodwill & Twin’s house.  Goodwill was AWOL in Hatteras and Twin was in the fartsack as we heckled him from his driveway.  We entered Powell Road and crossed Lower Creek Dr and made our way into Lower Creek School.  Yes, there is more across Lower Creek Drive.  We wrapped around the rear of the school and headed to the playground.  Find a bar to do 10 pull ups on your own.  Friar had wanted dumbbells, he brought his torso to pull up though.

We got back on the asphalt and headed down Tremont Park Dr. and played Frogger across Highway 18/64 and entered Tremont Park.  Should we go visit Mayberry while we are in the neighborhood…nah, got some run/core planned.

We stopped at the split in the road and under a well lit street light we did some LBC’s & Low Flutters.  We took a right at the split and then turned left onto Tremont Circle…yes, it was a steep hill, just not Sharon.  Sooo, let’s rotate our stride and Bernie up 3/4’s of the hill.  At the top we stopped for a Plank Medley to catch our breath.  We continued around the circle then headed downhill back to the development entrance.  Friar increased his stride and planked for the other four of us (the six).  We continued to cross Highway 18/64 and stopped for some Monkey Humpers to please the crowd of passerby’s.

After a wait of what seemed like a minute the traffic allowed us to cross.  We headed to the old Senior League baseball field stadium below Lower Creek School.  Time for box jumps to the top, rinse/repeat and then pause at the top for some dips.

It’s time to start making our way back towards the AO.  At the intersection of Lower Creek Drive and Tremont Park Drive we took a right, I was once told that a good moonshiner never goes the same way he came.  We followed Lower Creek Drive and then turned left to head towards Ridgecrest Drive.  We made our way along Circle Drive back to Powell Road.  We entered Powell Circle and then made a brief stop at Goodwill’s house for a security camera photo shoot…yes, Swinger was present for Infinity and the camera and video proves it (not sure if Goodwill can share his video).

We ended at the AO with just shy of 3 miles.

I shared the quote below (props to The Gospel Project sunday school material)…We need to be excited about our worship and spend time in His presence while here on this earth.  The interesting part is that these items of pleasure were from the early 1980’s and now we have SOOO much more that we can take pleasure in.

“If your heart takes more pleasure in reading novels, or watching TV, or going to the movies, or talking to friends, rather than just sitting alone with God and embracing Him, sharing His cares and His burdens, weeping and rejoicing with Him, then how are you going to handle forever and ever in His presence…? You’d be bored to tears in heaven, if you’re not ecstatic about God now! ”

TAP’s – Snips employment, thankful for Captain America’s great news.

It was most fun with these HIM’s.  Great to have Swinger join us.  Missed Audit as he was trying for the #5daychallenge, this was day 4 for YHC.  Hope more of you locals can your PAX at future Infinity workouts.
