QIC:  Cousin Eddie

Swinga asked me to Q several weeks ago.  Of course I accepted.  You see, I have a weakness for never saying no to a Q request.  Well mostly.  Sorry Abraham if you’re reading this.  I promise I’m still working on getting to the Swamp soon.  Promise.  But seriously, Lenoir is not a quick hop and a jump away from me.  It’s a solid 30 minutes away.  AND they start at 5:15.  So alarm goes off at 4:30 (save the comments for later Patti).

Here we go.   Was still foggy in the head at 5:15, but disclaimer was made.  No FNG’s present, so we go.

Time was 6:02 after this round of exercises.  In my mind, there was a slight panic.  What am I going to do for the next 13 minutes?  This is going to be awkward.  Then it hit me:  Hey Dummy, workout started 47 minutes ago.  They finish up here at 6:00.  Sah-weet.  Put the blocks up.  Let’s do announcements, WOD, etc.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it 1,000 times.  Posting to another AO is awesome.  Q’ing to another AO is even awesomer.  Can we please encourage this more?   No joke, I’d do it every day if I could.

The dudes from Lenoir aint no joke.  They took this workout in full stride as I quizzed them about the 5 Core Principles, History of F3, important dates, etc.  Great to see yall.  As they say south of the boarder:  Hasta later.

Out.
