We ran about 3.4 miles with some hills and we did stuff.
The stuff: we stopped every 1/2 miles to do the following ladder. 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Carolina Dry docks, 20 LBC’s, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 RBC’s.
The was a decent amount of mumble chatter…probably because YHC’s pace was much to be desired.
HBC was taking bets on who will be the six at the Bear in a few weeks. He said his money was on one of the Wood brothers (I said, we all know which one). But there is one other X factor…will Cousin Eddie do it injured. I said he will probably still beat us.
WOD: Don’t be goal oriented be growth oriented. Don’t focus on what you want to do but who you want to be. (HBC made me repeat it, because he thought I said don’t focus on what you want to do but who you what to do….we prayed for him afterwards!)
