So YHC made the second trip across the river to Q this week…haven’t Q’d in HKY in 2.5 years and had two Q’s in one week. It’s been a fun time hanging out with old guys and new ones YHC hasn’t met.
YHC, Flamer and Patricia Mayonnaise met for a pre-run before the kettlebell workout began.
Warm-up…
You know, the obligatory SSH and such. We did narely 50 waiting on Patti to get dressed post pre-run. Some arm circles and such was done as well.
The Thang
Three sets of Kettlebell exercises, not putting your weight down in between exercises in the set. Mosey around parking lot for one lap.

Grabbed a white line for some Rick James
1st set was slalom white line, bear crawl across lot to other side, slalom line, turn around and repeat.
2nd set was slalom white line, broad jump across to other side, slalom line, turn around and repeat.
3rd set was slalom white line, crab walk across to other side, slalom line, turn around and repeat.
WOD was from Joshua 1:8-9
