QIC:  Powder

Last minute Q for RAM = no problem. Not pressing the snooze for prerun … that’s another story. I thought I was going to be late to take off for a prerun but ended up the 1st PAX there. Here comes Patty, then Thunderdome, then…. two messages from SP and Cuz (one hit the snooze and was running late and the other had something hit him and was running late). 3 of us take off with the other two meeting us later on down the road.

Get back in time to catch my breath and circle up.

Warm up- ATT, Humpies, Windmills, Little Arm circles all IC X10

Take off on the Mosey. Stop in front of the gym for incline Merkins X10 IC and TriCep Dips X 10 IC (this was going to go on longer till I realized I was sore from Espresso and Herniator’s beatdown). Start the mosey again, where did Cuz Eddie go??? Who knows just keep moseying toward the hospital. Stop on hospital hill for partner work

-P1 run half way down hill for 5 squats while P2 LBCs AMRAP (switch)

-P1 run half way down hill for 5 squats while P2 Lunges AMRAP (switch)

Mosey up cemetery hill for Creepy Crawlies X10 IC. Mosey up 4th Street towards downtown.

Under the sails- WWII situps, 6″, Freddy Mercurys Mosey to town hall wall.

Wall Sits w Ovehead press IC X 20. Mosey onward toward LR. One more stop in parking lot for Al Gore Squats and Plank Jacks. Head back to the Flag.

~Cuz Eddie was there for 1/2 of prerun and 1/4 of RAM…~Billie Jean’s 34th Bday and 34 merkins at the end~Diesel may or may not have fallen right in front of Cuz, BJ and Powder. ~3.25 miles of running and good ole fashion fun ~A lot of Ruckers this morning getting work done ~ RAM may be the easiest workout to Q on the fly ~Master Q Kapo brought the flag and remembered to take it home
