YHC showed up to Whipping Stick after I had been told by 2 pax that the attendance may be low since several men were going for a long run to finish training for the P200.  I waited and waited and no one else showed up.  I put on my 30# “book bag” and the morning went something like this:

Run length of field stoping every 10 yards for exercise:

Odd – 10 Burpees

Mosey to bleachers

10 Decline Merkins

20 Incline Merkins

Lunge walk across field and then mosey up the hill

20 Dolly

10 Mtn. Climbers

20 Boxcutters

10 Plank Jacks

Mosey to the wall

Wall Sit with OH Claps, Muhammad Alis, and Joe Fraziers

20 American Hammers

Boat/Canoes

Mosey to steps

Bunny Hops up the steps

5 Clock Merkins
