Mosey thru the college to parking lot L. I know this b/c they have the sidewalk labeled with the weirdest L ever.
- lunge walk an entire parking row
- then lunge walk it back w/Mary Catherine Gallagher (Hallelujah lunges)
Then to the ill marked sidewalk that is super steep from lot L to Lot M.
- Burpee ladder 10-8-6-4-2-0 with an out and back (actually up and down) hill mosey between.
Mosey to the flag through campus. Wave to the nice lady coming in early to work. Clearly the only college person who works at 6:15 am.
COT: John 2: 1-11 First miracle. Emphasis is on Jesus’ mother’s statement: “Do what he tells you.” Miracles don’t just happen because God chooses them to be…they happen when we are obedient. So be obedient: “Do what he tells you.”, which is “Love”.
Prayers for families and the darkness that is fighting us all, trying to separate and break us down. Help us rely on the strength of God and let his light shine through the darkness.
