QIC:  Retread

It was a Black Friday unlike any other(Support Local).  So many paxs with a turkey hangover, waiting in line to get a chance to get a workout from the most original thinker in F3, Retread….well actually there was only six but those six got something super original.  The cure for a turkey hangover is a turkey trot track workout.  1 mashed potato mile followed by Piligrim Push ups, Squanto squats, and sweet potato sweet spots, 800 meters of gravy train followed by Tom Turkeys, Leftover Lunges, and Pecan Pies.  Then back to 400 meters of gravy train followed by Hit the Mayflower Deck Burpees, Turkey Legs, and Cranberry Sauce Crunches.  Another 400 meters of gravy train and last but not least 100 meters of gravy train.(You can never have to much gravy)  If that didn’t cure your hangover or if didn’t show up to come its best to eat what got you the hangover in the first place so here’s to the perfect cure: leftover turkey, mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, lettuce, tomato, and stuffing topped with gravy sandwiched in between two pieces of white bread (yes I said white bread none of that wheat bs).
