We had lots of fun at Prison Break on this Thursday Morning. We ran, we raced and there was blood, sweat and urine? (read the moleskin to find out why). It was my first Q since my ankle sprang and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I appreciate everyone coming out. Also, DB so eloquently named the parking lot where we did the crabwalk race the “Gladiator Pit”.
