QIC:  Plank

In the beginning…….The Station was created, and it was practically void of PAX.  I remember it well, i have had the Q several times at The Station and seen it struggle with attendance.  Mainly the same core group that went from 2 to 4 on the regular.  Nothing ever greater than that,  I really didn’t know if it would survive, but with some downright persistence, the hard headed Dude kept it alive.  He sees the greater need for F3 in the Conover area, the men there just need to get a taste of what is offered.  Great AO location, in the middle of an untapped reserve of potential #HIMS.  So today was different, i pulled in to the parking lot, still void of PAX, but they came in carloads.   11 total warriors circled up around the Shovel Flag at the #Splash Pad (fitting cause one of my Qs long ago, a Merlot splash did happen here) #proudmoment ….And this is what went down..

man what a workout, these guys at The Station are for real, they handled everything thrown at them. (and we did alot today) Good strong group of men, that are really just starting to hit their stride.  These guys will be tough.  Yes YHC was the #Wardaddy, and yes YHC was the 6 for the most part, but these guys get it.  Its about getting better together.  To be honest, i was a little intimidated, and a  friendly warning to any guest Q, dont come there without a war plan, there guys show up ready.  I want to come back, if you will have me…..
