The Thang:

Jogged out of lot to the right and down to the concrete benches for some “M”:

Step ups x 16 IC

Dips x 20 OYO

Incline Merkins x 20 OYO

Then continued down the road and over to the parking lot at the SALT Block for:

LBC’s x 20 IC

Flutter Kicks x 20 IC

Merkins x 20 OYO

Then Moseyed over to Frye Hospital and up to the top of the parking deck. At the top we stopped and did:

Lunges x 20 OYO

Squats x 30 IC

Monkey Humpers x 15 IC

Moseyed back down the parking deck, through the back gate to the YMCA and over to the stream with Rocks. The PAX grabbed a rock and we got to it:

Curls x 30 OYO

Skull Crushers x 20 OYO

Overhead Press x 20 OYO

Kettle Bells x 20 OYO

Repeat all 4 exercises again

Then we moseyed back up the hills back to the AO.

Announcements: We will be helping to move Bed Bug into his new house on Saturday. Meet at Corinth and then clown car from there to storage unit.

WOD: Talked about Courage and cowardliness. Many times in the bible it commands people to have courage. This applies to men today and our need to have courage in everyday life, whether that is having a tough conversation, speaking up when we don’t believe something is right, talking with our wives and children. The bible also lumps in cowards with some of the worst kind of sinners, so the point is to be courageous and know that the lord will be with you. Share your faith, have those tough conversations and speak up for what you know is right.
