WARMUP: with no gasman present, Gump led the crew in some count reps of jump ropes, IW’s, HB’s, squats, etc. The RR Q was off to the races from there.
THE THANG: various wall work, including a Russian dance 🪩, dips, merkins, foot golf around the park trying not to pull a hammie, centiball 🐛 passing, up to the amphitheater for some boxing 🥊 training. Headed to center court and pickledon for some partner footie using the ⚽️ Gump had randomly brought. Again tried not to pull a hammie and generally found out there are some generational gaps when kids soccer was offered. Found a random pickleball that apparently had some special meaning to Stovepipe.
