WARMUP: with the Q a no show due to the power outage from the storm, we decided to do a group Q. Doc started us off with the normal warm up.
THE THANG: From there, the rest of the workout was split between Short Sale, Patti Mayo, and Doughboy. Short a sale started us with each pax on a line with a block. 1 pax lunge walked the circle while the rest of the pax did one of the following exercises – squats, curls, lunges, OHP’s, and block McStuffins. Each pax took a turn lunge walking and the pax rotated through each exercise. Patti Mayo followed with the same format but changed the lunge walk to a bear crawl. Doughboy fished us up with a 1 mile run(pre run loop), followed by Parkin globe merkins (bear crawl to end and do 10, crawl bear back and do 8 and so on). Then we did 10 ct Asheville Abs followed by 20 curls and OHP’s. MARY: a little
