WARMUP: mostly worked our meaty thighs
THE THANG: some moseying thru the streets of Newton – with some lunge walking, various squats, Bernie Sandersing. Found our way to the church b-ball court only to find a bunch of deflated balls TWSS. Luckily there was a semi flaccid football 🏈 and PAX took turns testing their accuracy. Misses resulted in sprints, many suicides, merkins or ssh’s. We figured out Hayhay can throw and kick. Gump tended to overshoot TWSS
