Everyone was waiting to see if Goldburg would show up since he’s been out of commission for awhile. 5:30 hit and no sign of him. So, group Q it was.
WARMUP: Udder got us going with warmups. Merkins and Mtn Climbers added in too.
THE THANG: Tater took over. Mosey to drug store for the longest set of 11s ever. Ran the length of the whole property in between reps. I was tired of that running so I grabbed command and did some wall work. Then a set of motivaters.
MARY: Duece took command for a set of abs with bear crawls in between each exercise. Made it down the parking lot and back with the different exercises. Out of time so we headed back to AO.
