Mosey to lower hospital parking lot. Spoke w/ 4 corners: 20 reps/ea Squats, Lunges, Star Jumps, and Big Boy Situps. Center hub w/ 10 Merkins between each corner.

Laps up/down parking lot stairs. Mosey up Oakwood Hill, stopping in middle for alternating toe touch Mary exercise. Mosey to light for 5 burpees. Mosey down Cemetery Hill and along creek road to bottom of Test Hill. Mary. Run backwards up first half, turn and sprint to top of Test Hill.

Run 1 lap of Old ER just for fun. Mosey to flag for Mary until time is up
