QIC:  Fuse

thursday night: had a few beers with some quality peps at the station. ☘️ shows me how to check the q schedule and it just so happens that I have the q for the morning… 🚽: “hey, you should do that stupid difficult q on the football field again”. So, I decide to do that. Side note- 🚽 is a no show.

 

Start off with some basic warmups. Head to the football field.

Workout:  lunge walk to the 10 yard line, 5 burpees, run back to the endzone. Repeat all the way up until you hit the other endzone. We got kicked off the field by the women’s lacrosse team at this point so we head to the track.

 

 

No line markings at the track so we improvise with stakes in the ground. Burpee long jump to a stake, 5 pushups. (For every complaint we add an additional push-up at each stake, we only had one). Bear crawl to the next stake, 6 push-ups, inchworm to the next, 6 push-ups, start over with the burpee long jumps and repeat until we travel 100 yards.

 

Now we we get kicked off the track by the track team… run 1 long lap around the parking lot then huddle for ab work.
