Nice spring morning when I pulled into the empty lot for the AO. With a couple minutes to spare, 3 brave PAX showed up to join me in our Olympic pursuit of glory!

Warmup (x20, IC)

Once we were nice and warm, it was time to mosey. This workout was more of a RAM with each pain station containing a different Ring of Fire. We started at the alley on Main st, went to the post office, up to the court house, all the way up to Hospice, down to the church and then finished back at the AO. Rings at each stop were:

Merkin Ring
– Group holds high plank, while one PAX completes 10 hand release Merkins; 2 times around

Monkey Ring
– Group holds ankles in air chair, while one PAX 10 Monkey Humpers; x2

6 Inch Ring
– Group hold 6 inches off the ground, while one PAX 10 Freddy Mercuries; x2

Jump Squat Ring
– Group holds Air Chair, while one PAX 10 Ground Touch Jump Squats(Bobby Hurleys); x2

Calf Ring
– Group holds tip toes on curb, while on PAX 10 calf raises; x2

After the final ring, we headed back to the AO for some time with Mary. And you know, if its a Babyface Q, there has got to be some FALCON:

FALCON (x15, IC, R&R)

COT:
Luke 8:14-15 – The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.

2 Peter 3:18 – But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

Remember to focus on what truly matters in this world! Think of the great gift that was give to you that is being celebrated this week!
