6:31 and all is well.  Well, almost.  It’s one minute past and the Q just pulled in.  Clearly not a problem, because Terd Hurder and Yeast Roll are snuggled up cozy in their vehicles, and Bogey is pulling in behind me.  Where’s the discipline?

We’re gonna have to work on that.  Let’s get started.

Warm ups:  in cadence, x20

While Valdese does have some wonderfully, heavy, massive blocks…they are not ours.  And since I didn’t think we should “borrow” them and move them across town, I brought some coupons from 300.  So….

Grab a block from truck:

Cusak to the football field @elementary school

I gave the Pax 5 seconds to decide if we were gonna go all the way across the field or only half way.  They wanted to discuss what we were doing…but that wasn’t part of the deal.  So in a quick countdown, it was decided to go all the way across.  Ultimately it was a 6 of one or 1/2 dozen of the other.  We were gonna work either way.

In Partners:

A:  mosey with block to 120 yards from goal post to goal post:  set it down and mosey back (it would have been farmer carry two blocks to the 50)

B:  does AMRAP work until partner returns

Flapjack:  B goes and gets the block and returns it while A works.

  1. Merkins
  2. Squat

  4. Wide merkin
  5. Step back lunge
  6. RBC
  7. Diamond merkin
  8. Bobby Hurley
  9. Dying cockroach

Cusak it back and we are done.  Wow…time flies in Valdese.

COT:  I read a simple story from someone at FCA who made us think:  Are we talking the talk or walking the walk?  Charles Barkley is wrong:  you are a role model in everything you do.  Someone is watching at all time.  Are they seeing Christ in you? I challenge everyone to make sure that we are who we say we are.  (Thanks Short Sale)

Prayer request:

Moleskin:  I’ll add Rockettes to my every Q.  Wow they were fun.  and ridiculous.

TH can mosey with a coupon carrying it like pizza delivery.  He must have a side job.

A dying cockroach doesn’t have to be in perfect form…as long as it looks like some insect is dying.
