The Thang:
Warm up
.5 mile run to the Alexander County library and back with stops for exercises (IC)
SSH X 20
ATT X 20
IST X 20
Big Arm Circles X 20

Mosey to the coupon pile and grab 2X paver’s then return to the parking lot
AMRAPS with pavers – 3 exercises, 20 reps each, repeating for 4 minutes. Repeat the set until 4 minutes is up then move to the next set. After each set run one lap around the perimeter of the parking lot.

“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.” We sometimes talk about making time to do things. Think about this minute, this hour, this day, this lifetime…all are finite. God gives us a finite amount of time to walk, to love, to worship, and to serve Him. So what are we doing with the gift of time that He grants us? The PAX was asked to ponder this important question today. Our man Plank prayed us out.
