At SoCal we had a band playing on the town square at our AO, so we moved down the road about 100 feet to the Post Office. We enjoyed being serenaded by the band. It was a nice warm evening and we worked up a sweat!
Warmups:
- SSH x 15
- Imperial Storm Troopers x 15
- Alt Toe Touch x 15
- Windmills x 15
- Humpies x 15
- Arm Circles x 15
- Reverse Arm Circles x 15
We mosied to the block pile and got our blocks and went up to the top of the hill where we did 10 each:
- Curls
- Overhead Press
- Kettle Bell Swings
- Bent Over Rows
- Bench Presses
- Skull Crushers
Next we mosied to Flick Video parking lot and partnered up. Each team had one partner run around the parking lot while the other did the BLIMP exercises, and each team did a cumulative count on the exercises:
- Burpees x 50
- Lunges x 100
- Imperial Storm Troopers x 100
- Merkins x 100
- Plank Jacks x 100
- Squats x 100
We mosied to the side of an old store and did the following wall exercises. We did two sets of these:
- Mohammed Allis x 10
- Joe Fraziers x 10
- Ken Nortons x 10
- Itsy Bitsy Spiders x 10
We then ran back to where we had left the blocks and did a repeat of what we had done earlier, 10 each:
- Curls
- Overhead Press
- Kettle Bell Swings
- Bent Over Rows
- Bench Presses
- Skull Crushers
We then put our blocks up and ran back to the flag.
