Mosey to 5th Street NE, stop at the corner for 15 Diamond Merkins and American Hammers IC x 15

Run to the hill behind Hickory High for a burpee ladder. 2, burpees at the bottom of the hill, run to the top and back down.  Rinse and repeat with 4, 6, 8, 10 burpees at the bottom of the hill.

Run to parking lot at Hickory High and plank for the 6.  10 count while we catch our breath.  LBCs IC x 15 and Dying Cockroaches IC x 15.  interrupted about halfway through by Cousin Eddie’s flatulence.

Little arm circles as we walk to stop light.  Mosey to 127 and hang a left to St. Al’s parking lot.

Running from one end of the parking lot to the other with exercises at each end Burpees x 5, Lunges x 10, Imperial Storm Troopers x 15, Merkins x 20, Plank Jacks x 25, Squats x 2 (running short on time)

Run up 8th Ave hill and back to the parking lot to finish with 28 squats.
