No Short Sale so we round robin warmed up. Biscuits brought the side straddle hops, Doughboy gave us motivators – eight count, Arbys brought imperial Stormtroopers, and Reading Rainbow gave us an assorted bag of arm circles and claps. Biscuits birthday 🎂, so we did 43 merkins to celebrate.
THE THANG:
Reading Rainbow had an F3 deck of cards in his truck, so we drew eight exercises and then ran a lap, repeat.
