COT: Read from book called “The Men We Need”. Idea that Adam’s purpose was to protect and care for the garden, and the Fall wasn’t that he ate the fruit he wasn’t supposed to. It was in that he failed to do was he was created to do, to keep the enemy out of the garden, to protect the garden, to protect Eve.
And when we fail to do the thing we were created to do, we are actually harming those around us that would have benefitted from the purpose we were meant to follow.
