THE THANG: RPE proceeded to make us run a mile, sometimes holding a block over our heads. Then, in true CCF fashion, we did some awful block exercises for reps of 21-15-9 then back the other way. More miles were run, it was horrible. MARY: she was with @Hotlips, and says Aloha
