Mosey to the parking lot, partner up
Wheel barrow across the lot, do 10 dercans, switch out and go back the other way. Brief lunge walk/ duck walk for rest
Mosey to hamburger hill
Do 10 burpees run to the top of hill and back do 10 burpees repeat till time!
