WARMUP: A Gump warmup is a lesson in the inventive exicon every time. It’s like watching Thomas Edison try 10,000 ideas to get one light 💡 bulb. Guess what, Gump still has about 9,500 to get at least one good exercise in the mix. Nonetheless he’s willing to try, to look embarrassingly stupid and inspire every middle aged passerby that is lucky enough to catch the warmup. So here’s ‘tis: – [ ] Bushwackers – [ ] Slappers
– [ ] Seal claps
– [ ] Jazz hands
– [ ] Overhead claps
– [ ] Jazz hands
– [ ] Seagulls
– [ ] Jazz hands
– [ ] Copperhead 🐍 squats
– [ ] Windmills
– [ ] Almost opted into jazz feet 👣…next time my friends
THE THANG:
Partner up in 3s
– [ ] Double block carry using baseball bat to tether – to playground. – [ ] 1 partner – 10 swole ups. Other 2 partners with tethered blocks: – [ ] Squats (holding ends of bats)
– [ ] Curls
– [ ] Rows

Odd man out would rotate until all 3 men had chance for swole ups. Then move to next exercise.

Double block carry to next stop at walking track light
– [ ] 1 partner crab walk out and bear 🐻 “walk” back, other partners with tethered blocks and rotate till all complete 1 round. Then next exercise set. – [ ] Broken windshield wipers – partners click heels in middle – [ ] Merkins – Q opted to bunny hops out and lunge walk back for odd man out – [ ] Squats – other partner frog hops out and lunge walk back

Double block carry to next stop back at pad
– [ ] 10 step ups – 1 partner
– [ ] Other partners, Swing low, sweet chariots – almost like a sideways kettlebell
– [ ] SpaceX – start at ground all the way up to overhead press, hold five seconds and then 10 seconds back down to earth

When I initially called out SpaceX, got some initial confused looks as they presumed I had called the next move as “Space Sex”.

This was a Gump Q so wouldn’t put it past the author of the infamous “Taint touch” exercise (which coincidentally I did consider with the tethered blocks but figured someone might lose a sack…..or perhaps gain one 😉) MARY: – [ ] Ww1, ww2 sit-ups.
