Tons of traffic this morning! All 321 vehicles were routed through downtown…so, lots of Frogger skills on display.
WARMUP: Standard stuff
THE THANG: Mosey to drug store. Motivaters. Tried to run 11s on one hill but had to move 5 times before we even began. SO, rerouted across the street and got it done there, Merkins and lunges. Then over to the low wall and hit circuits of Derkins, Dips, Inclines and Step Ups. Head back to AO.
MARY: In and outs and Ups and Downs. Then LBCs to finish it up.
