THE THANG: grab some blocks and mosey up to church. partner up and hit stuff at the bottom and top of the stairs. couple rounds of that and then bear crawl burpees down the whole parking lot. mosey up to other church for calf raises and back the blocks. head back to AO and run the block brigade on the wall.
