THE THANG: mosey down to the block pile. grab one and head all the way down the hill. 20 reps of an exercise then sprint up the hill and back down. then 20 more of a new exercise and the first one too. sprint the hill again. continue this pattern until we have 7 exercises going and then work back down the ladder. Head back to AO.

COT: Lots of prayer requests. Remember our loved ones going through their days.
