THE THANG: Mosey over to drug store. Dips at the wall. During the dips, Q called on PAX to give a bible verse or impactful quote. Lap the block and back for Derkins. Another quote. Mosey to loading dock. Up and down 5 times. Another quote. Mosey over to another dock for more up and downs, and another quote. Over to block pile for a few sets of weight work and another quote. Then back to AO.
