I showed up to the AO, and was waiting around for someone to get us going. Come to find out….the Q was me! So, totally unprepared I began to make stuff up….
WARMUP: standard stuff
THE THANG: mosey up to find some stairs. few flights there then to the wall. 11s with climbing the wall. then mosey to main square. some leg work and merkins there. mosey to the school and Bernie the big hill a few times. then 11s again up and down the stairs. back to AO.
COT: Nothing planned. But of course a nice selfie by @bismarck.
