THE THANG: it was a group Q since Sinkhole was still dealing with some sickness. Doughboy started us off with the warm up and then the workout.
We did an exercise and ran down and back in the parking lot after each round. 10 burpees and down and back in the parking lot. 10 burpees and 20 merkins then run. 10 burpees, 20 merkins, and 30 shoulder taps then run. 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 shoulder taps, and 40 sit ups then run. DB handed it off to Patti Mayo. Patti had us get a block and kept up the same theme. 5 blockees then run. 5 blockees and 20 curls then run. 5 blockees, 20 overhead presses, and 30 curls then run. 5 blockees, 20 bent over rows, 30 overhead presses, and 40 curls then run. Patti passed it to Biscuits. Biscuits led us in deconstructed blockees. We started at a parking space line and did 23 overhead presses, moved to the next line and did 22 block squats, then moved to the next line and did 21 block merkins. Repeated this cadence down to 1. Biscuits gave it to Arby’s to finish the workout. We did Asheville Abs and ran. Then we did 20 goblet squats and 30 curls and ram. Finished it off with 5 blockees. Finally done. MARY: she was part of the workout.
