Out west on the eastern plains of Colorado, cows and buffalo roam. When storms come over the Rockies from the west they act very differently. Cows run east, spreading out and attempting to run away from the storm. The result is that they have to endure the storm longer. Buffalo on the other hand, move west in a herd together and actually run toward the storm. Thus they end up facing the storm head on, together and running through it quicker.
There is no doubt that we will all face storms in life. And we sometimes do not get to choose the storms that we will face. The only thing we can choose is how we will face the storm. Be a buffalo.
