We had many weighted things including, some boards with handles, a kettlebell, some tow hooks off of big ol trucks, a trailer axle, and Thor’s hammer (we worthy, not a big deal). First tabata 50 on 10 off/ 20 rounds of lifting stuff!
Second tabata 25 on 5 off 36ish rounds lifting stuff!
