Snips let the guys know he was with the lady in Asheville this weekend. Our suggestion to drive back for the morning workout and then return was not used….so old Mr. Reliable came through!
WARMUP: All kinds of things….IC but barely. PAX were counting terrible this morning.
THE THANG: Mosey up to the wall for some fun. A few new moves there and then mosey over to baseball stands. Largest uneven Merkins ever. Mosey up to stadium for 11s using the stadium stairs. Then 4 corners at the upper parking area with abs in the corners and squat jumps in the middle. Mosey back to down to tennis courts for a few bear crawls, karaokes, crabs and high knees across the courts to finish the wokrout.
