THE THANG: Delivery led our intrepid crew through a circuit of block workouts including: curls, overhead press, skull crushers, block squats. Smattered in were Freddy mercuries, heel slappers, pelvic thrusts, etc. Started with a 50 count circuit, 40 count, 30 count…we got to 20, etc. MARY: Included throughout.

COT: O’douls led a WOD about fleas in the case of 2 imprisoned sisters in Ww2 Poland. The fleas represented a hardship but minimal compared to the other options – they prayed daily for the fleas. The fleas were an answered prayer and allowed them a means to keep their faith in difficult times.
