THE THANG: mosey up to track. Stair climbs at the bleachers with random junk at the bottom. 5 or so rounds of that. Then back on the track for 200 yard runs and exercises in between. Mostly abs at each corner. TONS of abs, all IC. Probably a mile or so total on track.
MARY: Done on the track. Thankfully no more.
